We reserve every appointment time just for you, and we do our best to accommodate all of our patients' scheduling requests. To keep that possible for everyone, we ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Card on File

No deposit is required to book your appointment. We do require a card on file at the time of booking, which will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined below.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

First-Time Patients

If this is your first visit with us, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for new patient paperwork.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly rather than through our online booking system, so our team can confirm the change and update your appointment.
