I cannot say enough great things about Kiera at Albany Aesthetics. She was kind, informative, and truly took the time to understand my concerns. For as long as I can remember, I hated my gummy smile. I would cover my mouth when I laughed, and in pictures I would try to force my lips to hide it. It was exhausting.Kiera worked with me patiently, trying a few different injection spots for my lip flip. until she suggested a lip flip combined with filler. At first it made me nervous but trusting her was the best decision I could have made. The results for me were life changing. For the first time, I love my smile and can laugh/take photos without a second thought.I am so grateful to Kiera for helping me gain this confidence. Kiera has been taking care of me since day one that she started her business. She has never changed her methodology and is one of the kindest, most adorable practitioners you will ever meet and deal with. Not only is she an absolute expert at her craft, but she also deeply cares about her clientele to the point where she’s always trying to give you the best deal but she genuinely cares about the direction she’s taking you for your skin care and wellness. She doesn’t try to sell you anything she knows that you don’t need. I have had many services performed by her, including tox and several other things. She has always been absolutely considerate and amazing!!. And btw…Nobody does lips better than her!! Her facility is absolutely adorable and as soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the most beautiful, caring, informative staff and every inch of the place is well thought out and beautifully decorated. I love going to Albany and specifically to Kiera, but all of the practitioners there are absolutely amazing. 5/5 all day!! You will not be disappointed!!
