Beyond phenomenal place, not only was it a gorgeous facility, the people were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful, as well as the woman doing my botox Donna, she was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait for my next appointment. I woke up the next day and Literally, results couldn't believe my eyes. So in love with this facility, especially Donna cannot wait to meet the other injector. I was referred by Delia, and so thankful I went!!!

Top notch experience from beginning to end. Donna and her assistant Kristen were amazing! Kristen is like a bowl of sunshine and makes you feel like you’re spilling the tea with a good friend. Donna has such a warm and sincere bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I appreciated how she was highly informative, always taking the time to specify the facial muscles and their opposing functions so I could better understand her thoughtful methodology. Every gentle poke is done with precision and intent as she guides you through the process.

I had a great first visit with Donna! I really appreciated being able to book online and on short notice. Donna was warm, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. She even thanked me for trusting her as a new patient, which meant a lot. I’ll definitely be back!

I am so glad I decided to go to Albany Aesthetics! Kiera is second to none in knowing her craft of being a master injector. She recommended the right products for my age and it was practically painless! She and Beth were super informative and incredibly knowledgeable, while being the sweetest at the same time.
