Kiera has been taking care of me since day one that she started her business. She has never changed her methodology and is one of the kindest, most adorable practitioners you will ever meet and deal with. Not only is she an absolute expert at her craft, but she also deeply cares about her clientele to the point where she’s always trying to give you the best deal but she genuinely cares about the direction she’s taking you for your skin care and wellness. She doesn’t try to sell you anything she knows that you don’t need. I have had many services performed by her, including tox and several other things. She has always been absolutely considerate and amazing!!. And btw…Nobody does lips better than her!! Her facility is absolutely adorable and as soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the most beautiful, caring, informative staff and every inch of the place is well thought out and beautifully decorated. I love going to Albany and specifically to Kiera, but all of the practitioners there are absolutely amazing. 5/5 all day!! You will not be disappointed!!

My journey with Albany Aesthetics has been nothing short of transformational. I recently had a routine Dysport treatment with Kiera and, out of curiosity, asked for the very first photo they ever took of me before any treatment, and I compared it to the one taken that day.The pictures speak for themselves. This is the happiest and healthiest my skin has ever been!I owe everything to Beth and Kiera for helping me gain control over my skin again. My treatment over the last 3+ years has consisted of routine derma-planing facials and annual laser treatments with Beth (the most AMAZING esthetician EVER!) and every 3-4 months Dysport, annual Sculptra, and every now and again, a little lip filler with Kiera (the most AMAZING injector EVER!).

Beyond phenomenal place, not only was it a gorgeous facility, the people were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful, as well as the woman doing my botox Donna, she was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait for my next appointment. I woke up the next day and Literally, results couldn't believe my eyes. So in love with this facility, especially Donna cannot wait to meet the other injector. I was referred by Delia, and so thankful I went!!!

Top notch experience from beginning to end. Donna and her assistant Kristen were amazing! Kristen is like a bowl of sunshine and makes you feel like you’re spilling the tea with a good friend. Donna has such a warm and sincere bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I appreciated how she was highly informative, always taking the time to specify the facial muscles and their opposing functions so I could better understand her thoughtful methodology. Every gentle poke is done with precision and intent as she guides you through the process.
