She recommended the right products for my age and it was practically painless! She and Beth were super informative and incredibly knowledgeable, while being the sweetest at the same time. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen to your goals instead of rushing you through. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for the entire visit. Beyond phenomenal place, not only was it a gorgeous facility, the people were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful, as well as the woman doing my botox Donna, she was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait for my next appointment. I woke up the next day and Literally, results couldn't believe my eyes. So in love with this facility, especially Donna cannot wait to meet the other injector. I cannot say enough great things about Kiera at Albany Aesthetics. She was kind, informative, and truly took the time to understand my concerns. For as long as I can remember, I hated my gummy smile. I would cover my mouth when I laughed, and in pictures I would try to force my lips to hide it. It was exhausting.Kiera worked with me patiently, trying a few different injection spots for my lip flip. until she suggested a lip flip combined with filler. At first it made me nervous but trusting her was the best decision I could have made. The results for me were life changing.
