Top notch experience from beginning to end. Donna and her assistant Kristen were amazing! Kristen is like a bowl of sunshine and makes you feel like you’re spilling the tea with a good friend. Donna has such a warm and sincere bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I appreciated how she was highly informative, always taking the time to specify the facial muscles and their opposing functions so I could better understand her thoughtful methodology. Every gentle poke is done with precision and intent as she guides you through the process.

I cannot say enough great things about Kiera at Albany Aesthetics. She was kind, informative, and truly took the time to understand my concerns. For as long as I can remember, I hated my gummy smile. I would cover my mouth when I laughed, and in pictures I would try to force my lips to hide it. It was exhausting.Kiera worked with me patiently, trying a few different injection spots for my lip flip. until she suggested a lip flip combined with filler. At first it made me nervous but trusting her was the best decision I could have made. The results for me were life changing.
