Meet Marvin
Marvin Fremont is the Practice Manager at Albany Aesthetics & Cosmetic Surgery, where he oversees the day-to-day experience behind the scenes and helps ensure every patient feels comfortable, heard, and cared for. He earned his Master of Social Work from Barry University, building an early foundation in communication, advocacy, patience, and understanding people.
Before entering aesthetics, Marvin worked with children with disabilities and within the education system before transitioning into management in the restaurant and country club industries. These experiences shaped his leadership, operations, hospitality, and guest-experience skills, which he now brings to Albany.
What drew Marvin to Albany was its team-oriented environment and commitment to safety, patient care, continued education, and quality. He enjoys being part of the full patient experience and making sure every detail runs smoothly, from answering questions and addressing concerns to helping patients leave feeling happy and excited to return.

A Background Built Around People & Leadership
Marvin earned his Master of Social Work from Barry University. His early professional experience working with children with disabilities and within the education system helped develop the communication, patience, advocacy, and people-centered skills that continue to influence his approach today.
He later transitioned into management roles within the restaurant and country club industries, where he developed extensive experience in leadership, operations, hospitality, and creating a high-level guest experience.
Bringing these experiences into aesthetics allows Marvin to approach practice management from both an operational and human perspective. He understands that every interaction contributes to how a patient experiences the practice and is committed to helping Albany maintain a high standard of care and service.
