The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really listen to your goals instead of rushing you through. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for the entire visit. My results look so natural and exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a place that’s professional, honest, and genuinely cares about their clients, this is it. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Kiera at Albany Aesthetics. She was kind, informative, and truly took the time to understand my concerns. For as long as I can remember, I hated my gummy smile. I would cover my mouth when I laughed, and in pictures I would try to force my lips to hide it. It was exhausting.Kiera worked with me patiently, trying a few different injection spots for my lip flip. until she suggested a lip flip combined with filler. At first it made me nervous but trusting her was the best decision I could have made. The results for me were life changing. For the first time, I love my smile and can laugh/take photos without a second thought.I am so grateful to Kiera for helping me gain this confidence. If you’re considering treatment, I highly recommend her—she is amazing.💕💕

Kiera has been taking care of me since day one that she started her business. She has never changed her methodology and is one of the kindest, most adorable practitioners you will ever meet and deal with. Not only is she an absolute expert at her craft, but she also deeply cares about her clientele to the point where she’s always trying to give you the best deal but she genuinely cares about the direction she’s taking you for your skin care and wellness. She doesn’t try to sell you anything she knows that you don’t need. I have had many services performed by her, including tox and several other things. She has always been absolutely considerate and amazing!!. And btw…Nobody does lips better than her!! Her facility is absolutely adorable and as soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the most beautiful, caring, informative staff and every inch of the place is well thought out and beautifully decorated. I love going to Albany and specifically to Kiera, but all of the practitioners there are absolutely amazing. 5/5 all day!! You will not be disappointed!!

My journey with Albany Aesthetics has been nothing short of transformational. I recently had a routine Dysport treatment with Kiera and, out of curiosity, asked for the very first photo they ever took of me before any treatment, and I compared it to the one taken that day.The pictures speak for themselves. This is the happiest and healthiest my skin has ever been!I owe everything to Beth and Kiera for helping me gain control over my skin again. My treatment over the last 3+ years has consisted of routine derma-planing facials and annual laser treatments with Beth (the most AMAZING esthetician EVER!) and every 3-4 months Dysport, annual Sculptra, and every now and again, a little lip filler with Kiera (the most AMAZING injector EVER!).

The level of professionalism, the attention to detail and the ambiance was superb. I met with Kiera for a liquid rhinoplasty and a chin filler, which I am beyond happy to have gotten done! Her honest opinion made me feel comfortable and trusted her. I knew what to expect before and after which made the overall experience. Highly recommend everyone to see her for any procedures. I cannot thank her enough for the positive impact she has had added to my confidence.
